INDIT was a Guest Lecturer at the BCCI on the topic of “Organizing Remote Internships” – a part of APPRENTLINE a project, funded by the Erasmus+

On January 15, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a seminar on “Basic Skills for Organizing Online Apprenticeships”, part of the APPRENTLINE (Capacity Building in the Organization of Online Apprenticeships) project, funded by the Erasmus+ program. The project aims to improve the capacity and digital skills of SMEs, vocational education and training centers (VET)and intermediary organizations in organizing online apprenticeships.

The event, which was held in a hybrid format, aroused great interest and brought together over 60 participants from various VET centers, universities, business structures, energy associations and innovative companies.

The event was led by Georgi Dinchev, an expert in the field of electronic services and a representative of INDIT. Various tools, platforms and applications for communication and team management, as well as synchronous and asynchronous learning methods, were presented. He mentioned the main features and functionalities of the most used applications in the world and in Bulgaria, among them Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Moodle, Slack, Trello, Asana, Padlet, Miro, etc.

The lecture was followed by a question and answer session, in which the participants discussed real cases and asked questions about the functionalities of the platforms, applications and the possibilities for self-configuration without additional training.

The seminar began with a presentation of the guides developed under the project, which offer useful tips for the effective conduct of online internships. The training platform Action eLearning and the developed modules related to the acquisition of new digital skills, effective work with various platforms and applications for communication, use of tools for tracking and managing work tasks, etc. All materials have been translated into Bulgarian and are free to use.
